Mike Infurna [EH]
From: Murphy, Mike [mrmurphy@craworld.com]
Sent: Wednesday, November 21, 2007 1:23 PM
To: Reid Campbell
Cc: Mike Infurna [EH]; denis.1.brown@shelI.com
Subject: 1267 Country Club, Stockton Former Shell Station
Importance: High
Reid — as we discussed, I would like to get approval from the City of Stockton to install wells S-15 and
S-17 in Elmwood Avenue adjacent to existing well S-6 (already present in Elmwood Avenue). Due to
the size of the drill rig and support truck, we cannot install the wells in the sidewalk (see attached
photos). Additionally, there are trees adjacent to the sidewalk which will likely prohibit drilling in the
sidewalk due to the drill rig boom height (overhead clearance). Drilling in the street should also
eliminate impact/damage to the private properties (landscaping, etc.) located adjacent to the proposed
wells.
As I need to submit the well application permit to Mike Infurna with San Joaquin County EHD and
implement site investigation activities as soon as possible, prompt attention to this matter will be
appreciated. I need to secure the revocable/encroachment permit from you before I can submit the well
permits to Mike Infurna. Let me know your comments and when we can pick up the permit from you.
Thanks,
Mike
0
1/4/2008
