Included in this letter were detailed items supporting SJCEHD <br /> rationale for Shell's inadequate approach as well as additional requirements. As of the date of this <br /> letter, the requirements listed below have not been submitted. <br /> The work plan for the required waste oil UST investigation has not been submitted as directed by <br /> SJCEHD. <br /> The addendum needed for monitoring well S-7 installation has not been submitted as directed by <br /> SJCEHD. <br /> Changes/reduction of monitoring wells from quarterly events or analytes not being analyzed in <br /> quarterly reports First& Second Quarter-2004 has not been approved by SJCEHD. Shell is directed <br /> to continue to collect and analyze water samples from all monitoring wells for all constituents <br /> previously required. <br /> Shell is not in compliance with directives issued by SJCEHD.
