(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting <br /> requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> • 5=-00XD QUAR a 2Z72 2003 QC"'V17EF-5 <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged the site wells and sampled <br /> selected wells at the subject site. Blaine prepared a summary table of field gauging data and <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations for the Shell site_ Cambria prepared a summary table of <br /> additional groundwater analytical data(Table 1), a site vicinity/well survey map (Figure 1), and a <br /> groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's report, presenting the <br /> laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. The quarterly sampling event was coordinated <br /> with the Tosco (former BP) station located at 1403 Country Club Boulevard. The groundwater <br /> monitoring data and analytical results for the Tosco station are included on Figure 2 and in <br /> Appendix B. <br /> Oakland, CA As requested by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, in addition to <br /> Sonoma, to <br /> Portland, OR petroleum hydrocarbons, groundwater samples from well S-3 were analyzed for dissolved metals <br /> Seattle, WA (cadmium, chromium, lead, nickel, and zinc), naphthalene, creosote, and polychlorinated <br /> biphenyls (PCBs).
