(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva
Services LLC to document the sensitive receptor and geophysical surveys conducted pursuant to
our June 19, 2001 meeting with San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental
• Health Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board staff.
Sensitive Receptor Survey
Cambria reviewed California Department of Water Resources (DWR) records to identify water-
producing wells within a 1/2-mile radius of the subject site and identified surface water bodies
within a 1/2-mile radius of the site by reviewing maps. Table 1 summarizes the well information,
and Figure 1 shows the area encompassed by the survey, the results of the well survey, and the
surface water bodies.
Water Well Survey: The DWR records identified three wells within the study area. They were
installed between 1945 and 1956 for municipal use. DWR records indicate that two of these-
wells have been destroyed. Cambria contacted California Water Service Company of Stockton,
California to determine if the remaining municipal well is currently used. California Water
Oakland, CA
San Ramon, CA Service Company confirmed that all three wells were properly destroyed. Well construction
Sonoma, CA information is summarized on Table 1 and the locations are plotted on Figure 1.
Cambria Surface Water Bodies: Cambria reviewed the United States Geological Survey 7.5 minute
Environmental
Technology,Inc. quadrangle maps for Stockton, California and California State Automobile Association (AAA)
*eyklns Street maps to identify surface water bodies within the survey area.
