This would get
us the answer the quickest. Otherwise I will need to fill out the request form and wait for the request to be
cleared by County Council before I could do the file review.
2. Also, Gabe was under the impression that data that old was not included in the evaluation as to which property
owners were to be notified. He believed notification was to be made to those currently or recently impacted by
the plume. Is he wrong.
Just let me know.
Thanks!
Michael D. These are the wells that would have registered an offsite plume,
if it existed.
Based on my experience, the only concentration of contaminants that seems likely to have even possibly drifted beyond
the list of parcels identified, might be the MTBE detected in MW-9 on 2001Q4 and 2003Q1. The concentration of MTBE
on 2001Q4 was right at the MCL(13 µg/L), so it is not likely to have gone much farther beyond that well. And while the
2003Q1 concentration of MTBE was 30 µg/L, which was greater than the MCL, it was not sustained after that sampling
date.
I don't think it is likely that any of the other detected contamination was concentrated enough to go beyond the
selected properties.
The Cardno ATC's Project Manager for the Conoco/Phillips sites is Gabe Stivalla. He has access to the site's historical
QMR documents. I will have him check to see if the plume boundary was projected beyond those properties that I have
identified and get back'to you.
2
