Maximum hydrocarbon concentrations in
soil were eneounter4d near the former fuel dispenser and piping locations and in the south
wall of the foimer fuel tank excavation. Thi;distribution appears to indicat..a
Piping/dispenser leak as the source of the released hydrocarbons. The apparent distribution of
hydrocarbons in groundwater is consistent with the measured direction of groundwater flow..
The source of hydrocarbon release was removed early this year and the extent of
hydrocaraons in soil appears to be defined. The extent of hydrocarbon migration in
groundwater has yet to be determined.
,E.
- r
M7J1Q21-)VUSTit)o14A7EK 8
..J
