J. Hunter and Associates, that there is an <br /> offsite source. <br /> -Please submit a workplan to PHS/EHD by August 8, 1994, for <br /> additional monitoring wells in order to further define the <br /> extent of soil and groundwater contamination. <br /> -In addition, quarterly sampling and analysis of the <br /> groundwater from these wells must be done.
