WALNUT MAY 17199 # <br /> STOCKTON, CA. 95203 <br /> RE: 1876 Country Club Site Code: 1844 <br /> Stockton, Ca. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed activities to date at the above <br /> referenced site, and has the following comments: <br /> -Data collected recently from a soil vapor survey and a <br /> historical search does not support the belief by your <br /> consultant, Wm. J. Hunter and Associates, that there is an <br /> offsite source. <br /> -Please submit a workplan to PHS/EHD by August 8, 1994, for <br /> additional monitoring wells in order to further define the <br /> extent of soil and groundwater contamination. <br /> -In addition, quarterly sampling and analysis of the <br /> groundwater from these wells must be done.
