Walnut Novi 81993 <br /> Stockton CA 95203 <br /> RE: 1876 Country Club Site Code: 1844 <br /> Stockton, CA. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed activities to date at the above <br /> referenced site. On October 13 , 1993 a meeting was held at PHS/EHD <br /> to discuss the above mentioned site with the following people <br /> attending: Manuel Jr. and Mary Sanchez, Wm. J. Hunter (consultant <br /> for the Sanchez ' ) ,Michael Collins, REHS, PHS/EHD,and Diane Hinson, <br /> Supervising REHS for PHS/EHD. <br /> It was decided that 2 more quarterly monitorings to confirm a <br /> gradient and gather more groundwater data were needed along with a <br /> historical search. Monitoring well. #3 should be tested utilizing <br /> EPA method 502 . 1. <br /> A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) should be submitted to PHS/EHD by <br /> April 15, 1994 which should include a summary of quarterly <br /> monitoring data and any additional data collected from further work <br /> such as: Soil vapor surveys, monitoring well construction, soil <br /> borings, or hydropunches. An historical search shall_ include the <br /> location of buried UST's and/or previous fuel or service bay <br /> activities and a title search for previous owners and/or operators <br /> of the facility.
