We have found the plan <br /> to be inadequate. The following considerations should be addressed in a revised work plan: <br /> 1. Off-site well construction in public easements will require that a copy of the municipality's �`� 6f <br /> encroachment permit be submitted to SJLHD prior to the monitoring well permit being issued. <br /> Encroachment permits may be obtained from the Public Works Department of the city/county involved.xi. Sh <br /> 2. Assessment work plans and/or reports should follow the guidelines "Subsurface Investigative l( 2. <br /> Formats". (See Enclosure). p <br /> 3. Results of the soil vapor survey shall be included in the revised work plan. <br /> A permit will be issued to allow the Soil-Gas survey to take place. This permit will allow for On-site <br /> soil borings only. It will be necessary to resubmit applications for permit for any off-site activities. Nk z<L <br /> Encroachment permits or authorizations from property owners relevant to the off site locations shall <br /> accompany the applications.
