Have the <br /> pipelines been removed from this site? If not, the work plan should <br /> include details for their removal . <br /> 6. Include a Health and Safety Plan, as required by the SJLHD. <br /> 7. Soil samples collected from the proposed monitoring well adjacent to the <br /> former waste oil tank are to be analyzed for waste oil constituents as <br /> specified in Table 2 in the Tri-Regional Guidelines. This monitoring <br /> well is to be installed within 10 feet of the former tank pit in the <br /> verified downgradient direction. <br /> 8. Present laboratory results in table form for all soil and ground water <br /> samples analyzed for this site, including those collected at the time <br /> the tanks were removed.
