The DERDERIANS and <br /> CRAIG may comment no later than ten (10) days from receipt <br /> of any such report, about any proposal to investigate Or <br /> remediate the site, by CHEVRON or any of its consultants. <br /> 3.5 In the event of any correspondence generated from the RWQCB <br /> or its designated agency to the BERDERIANB and/or ORAIG <br /> after the remadiation has been completed, the BERBERIANS and <br /> CRAIG shall notify CHEVRON, in writing, of any notice that <br /> further remediation or control of groundwater and soil <br /> contamination has bean required or demanded. This <br /> notification shall be made within a reasonable period of <br /> time following said agency order or demand, not to exceed <br /> thirty (30) days, to allow I CHEVRON to expeditiously evaluate <br /> and address said agency demand or order. CHEVRON shall <br /> respond and further remediata, if necessary, as is required <br /> by said agency. Nothing in this section shall be construed <br /> to void or otherwise nUlliry CHEVRON's obligations under <br /> this auction except where failure to make written <br /> notification has prohibited or significantly prejudiced <br /> CHEVRON from fulfilling any clean up obligations. <br /> 3.6 The DERDBRIANO, CRAIG and OHEVRON shall not voluntarily or <br /> by operation of law easign or otherwise transfer their <br /> -5- <br />
