Y .U7 <br /> 3.2 CHEVRON shall select the contractor, consultant, and/or <br /> expert who will perform the work in connection with any <br /> remedial activities described above and neither the <br /> BERDERIANenor ORAIC may compel CHEVRON t0 utilize any <br /> particular individual, entity, or organization to perform <br /> such work. CHEVRON shall be the sola managor for the <br /> remediation project and as such shall direct the courso, <br /> scope and manner of romediation to be used at the FORMER <br /> SEAVICE STATION SITE. CHEVRON shall boar all of its own <br /> internal costa for managing the remediation project. <br /> 3.3 The DERDERIANe and ORAIO shall cooperate with CHEVRON and <br /> its agents, consultants or contractors, in every reasonable <br /> way to facilitate its performanoo hereunder including <br /> providing access and entry onto the FORMER SERVICE STATION <br /> SITE for the purposes of investigating or performing any <br /> activities in connection with work performed. The <br /> DBABYAIANs and CRAIG may, at their own expense, ovorviow <br /> CHEVRON,s activities. CHEVRON agrees that prior to <br /> submission of any work plan to the Regional Water Quality <br /> control Board or the Local Enforcement Agency, the <br /> DHADDRIANs and CRAIG, or their designee, shall have an <br /> opportunity to comment upon any said plan insofar as said <br /> plan or plane may impact the operation of business or <br /> physical improvements on the FORMER SERVICE STATION BITS. <br /> WhW <br />
