Tank shall be opened and contractor cleaning company shall remove remaining lank bottom sediment. 5. Any leftover solid material shall be tested and placed in segregated roll-off boxes.Boxes shall be provided by Heritage and testing 8 disposal will be arranged by Heritage. 6. Tank cleaning shall Include removal of water,oil,and debris from floating roof.tank bottom,and lower shell. Ir. 1 1, Tank#7 will require an API 553 Out-of-Service inspection after the lank is cleaned.The inspection shalt be completed in accordance with API 653 and BP Plpeines Inspection guideline. 2.
