This
report, prepared by Delta Environmental Consultants,Inc.,of Rancho Cordova,California, details the results of the
August 1994 ground water monitoring and sampling events.
In response to your request, made in a phone conversation with Exxon,an additional section has been added to the
quarterly reports entitled"Future Work". This section will include scopes of work to be completed at the site in the next
quarter. Exxon would greatly appreciate written comments to both reports if they require changes to accommodate San
Joaquin County requirements. It is Exxon's intent to proceed with the work proposed in the work plan immediately
upon receiving approval from your office.
Exxon appreciates the time your office took to discuss this and other sites within your jurisdiction recently. It is Exxon's
intent to enhance communications with your office to assist in providing a better understanding of what is occurring at
the sites. However,it is still Exxon's wish to meet to discuss this site in person once the next phase of work has been
completed. If you find an opening in your schedule early in 1995,Exxon would greatly appreciate your scheduling a
meeting.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at the above listed phone number.
Sincerely,
ACX49—
Guensler
Senior Engineer
MDG/mdg
attachments: Delta QM Report dated November 8, 1994;Delta Work Plan dated Novmeber 17, 1994
cc: w/attachment:
Ms.Elizabeth Thayer-Central Valley RWQCB
w/o attachment:
Mr.Todd Galati-Delta Environmental Consultants,Inc.
A DIVISION OF EXXON CORPORATION
