Mr.Infuma confirmed that his office would be involved in the issuance of building or use permits for the site. <br /> However,his comments to me with regard to the conditions of the site were that he may have been misunderstood <br /> during the conversation with your office. It is Exxon's understanding that New West Petroleum has the investigation <br /> reports completed for this site,and the most recent quarterly ground water monitoring report. Any future reports will be <br /> forwarded directly to youroffice upon request,or may be obtained from the public file at the County Environmental <br /> Health Division offices. <br /> Exxon will be providing Mr.Infurna additional information in the near future discussing plans to delineate and <br /> remediate remaining hydrocarbons in the soil at the site,in addition to existing plans for remedial sparge testing <br /> currently being initiated. <br />
