11. Additional Information: Petitioner requests a hearing for the purpose of presenting <br /> additional information. The Petitioner believes that additional information is <br /> available,as contained in the local agency's records,which were not properly and <br /> adequately reviewed by the local agency. Paragraph 4 sets forth a detailed statement <br /> of the nature of the evidence which should be considered by the local agency as well <br /> as this Board. <br /> Upon the receipt of this Petition,the Petitioner requests the State Board to give written <br /> notification to Petitioner if there is any defect in this Petition. The Petitioner also requests the State <br /> Board to give written notification to the Petitioner if the State Board is requiring a response to be <br /> provided by the local San Joaquin County-Environmental Health Department or any other <br /> interested persons. <br /> The Petitioner further requests the State Board to hold a hearing for the receipt of additional <br /> evidence. <br /> Petitioner respectfully requests the State Board act upon this Petition. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Kriston D.
