It is possible to issue a permit NOW for the 11 wells you listed in the paperwork I required by noon, push the extra money into the account, and let you start tomorrow. If this happens, getting to destroy Exxon wells becomes a slight problem for you. I'll have to issue another permit for those wells. That means another application for you to submit and possible additional fees if I can't get our accounting department to 'take' money from one permit account and move it into a new/additional account. The accounting supervisor will be back after 2pm today. I have to work with her to see if any of this can happen. Add to that you MISSED my deadline and I'm inclined to stick to my notice and advise you that you CANNOT drill tomorrow. I have much other work to do for this week and I only allotted till noon for you and this site. And still you delay me and need special attention. I will get back to you after 230p today. They are still considering their position on the wells and will (supposedly)get back to me today in regards to whether or not Exxon is ok with us/Moller destroying all 10/12/2011
