of the wells, or just MW-11 through MW-21. I thought we had a simple plan a few weeks ago, but it didn't
materialize that way. Please let me know if it is ok to proceed tomorrow with destroying MW-11 through
MW-21. If ETIC and Exxon are ok with us destroying all of the wells, is it a problem to simply modify the
permit in a day or two (or approve it in it's original submittal state)? Or is this a big administrative hassle
for you?
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 20118:26 AM
To: Scott Bittinger
Subject: RE: 2705 Country club
Scott,
This late in the game it's becoming a problem for me. I can handle it today
BUT you must get me all I need by noon.
I need a list of the wells you intend to destroy. Next to each, the METHOD
you would like/plan to use to destroy it. Get me a bore log of EACH well.
I'll need the specs, depths, and a current map showing each.
As for the money, I have two choices. 1- I send the check(s) back since
they are the wrong amount and wait until you pay the correct amount. This
takes time and as such, you WON'T be able to start tomorrow. Or #2: 1
keep the check, deposit it and issue the permits. The balance goes into the
permit account as a credit. After the permit is finalled off and EHD
inspection hours are tabulated, you will either be billed for hours over and
above what you paid/credit or reimbursed.
Let me know your plans.
You have until noon today to adequately address all of these concerns if
you want to drill tomorrow. If late, then NO drill tomorrow.
Mike.
From: Scott Bittinger [mailto:sbittinger@stratusinc.net]
Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 20116:21 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: 2705 Country club
I tried calling Barry yesterday a couple of times, and my calls weren't returned. Based on his
voice message, Exxon wants ETIC to destroy the wells installed on behalf of Exxon.
Do you have a problem modifying the permit application/fee to only include the wells installed on
behalf of Palisades? It won't be difficult to compile the list. If not, waiting a few weeks/months
until ETIC has an approved work plan isn't a problem either.
Scott
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
10/12/2011
