Site features are shown in Figure 7- <br /> Elevation of the ground surface at the site is approximately 1 to 2 feet abe-ve mean sea level. The site slopEs <br /> -. down toward the northeast and southwest corners from a slight topographic high across the center. <br /> There are four steel,single-wail underground storage tanks at the site:one 1,000-g9llon waste oil tank,one <br /> 6,400-gallon regular gasoline tank,one 8,000-gallon premium unleaded gasoline tank,and one 10,400-gallon <br /> regular unleaded gasoline tank. <br /> 2.2 Surrounding Vicinity <br /> r <br /> The site is located in an area of residential and commercial development and is bordered by a large <br /> s <br /> apartment complex to the:north,Ryde Avenue and Interstate 5 to the east,a shopping center across Country <br /> Club Boulevard to the south,and a 7-11 market to the west. A site vicinity map is included as Figure 3. <br /> w- The region surrounding the site is relatively flat except for elevated highways and canal banks. The nearest <br /> body of surface water is Smith Canal located approximately 1,000 fet south of the site Figure 4. The <br /> Stockton Deep Water Channel and the Calaveras River are located approximately 4,500 feet from the site <br /> to the south and northwest,respectively. <br /> 2.3 Vicinity Wnter Wells <br /> There are ten water well locations within 12 mile of the subject site, according to well drillers reports <br /> provided by the California Department of Water Resources(DWR). Information regarding these wells is <br /> presented in Table 1 and well locations are shown in Figure 4. <br /> RPT002BP <br />
