SLI -8385 <br /> X� <br /> June 8, 1995 4n�(t�r <br /> lvIL I_ !l '1JJ <br /> Ms Marla Guensler NVIRONIMENIA 'HFALI3 <br /> PERMIT ISFR\ ICFS <br /> Exxon Company, U S A <br /> 2300 Clayton Road, Suite 1250 <br /> Concord, California 94520 <br /> Subject Quarterly Ground Water Monitoring Report, Second Quarter 1995 <br /> Exxon Retail Station No 7-3708 <br /> 2705 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Delta Project No D093-809 <br /> Dear Ms Guensler <br /> Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc (Delta), has been authorized by Exxon Company, <br /> U S A (Exxon), to conduct quarterly ground water monitoring at former Exxon Retail Station <br /> No 7-3708, located at 2705 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, California This letter report <br /> presents the results of quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling conducted on April 5, 1995 <br /> The location of the site is shown in Figure 1 and site features are illustrated in Figure 2 The work <br /> conducted at the site by Delta was performed in accordance with the field methods and procedures <br /> described in Enclosure A <br /> Ground Water Table Elevation, Flow Direction, and Hydraulic Gradient <br /> Ground water table elevations were measured in each of the eight ground water monitoring wells at <br /> the site on April 5, 1995 Depths to ground water in the monitoring wells ranged from 7 14 to 9 98 <br /> feet below the tops of the well casings Ground water table elevations have increased approximately <br /> 4 3 feet since the previous monitoring event in January 1995 Cumulative ground water table <br /> measurements are presented in Table 1 A water table contour map constructed from the <br /> measurements recorded on April 5, 1995, is included as Figure 3 The water table contours indicate <br /> that ground water in the southwest area of the site generally flowed toward the northeast with a <br /> hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 005, which is consistent with the previous quarter data <br /> Subjective Analysis <br /> No liquid-phase petroleum hydrocarbons or hydrocarbon sheens were present in the wells during the <br /> April 1995 site visit <br /> Analytical Results <br /> Ground water samples collected from each of the eight monitoring wells on April 5, 1995, were <br /> submitted to Sequoia Analytical (Sequoia) (a California-certified laboratory) for analysis of benzene, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline <br /> using EPA Methods 602 and 8015 Modified, respectively Analytical test results are summarized in <br /> Providing a Competitive Edge <br />
