The report of results should include, in addition to sample data, enough <br /> Information for staff to prepare a Closure memo. <br /> a. Summary of Site History <br /> b. Summary of Site Remediation <br /> c. Plate or figure showing remaining NAPL antlbr residual TPH <br /> concentrations in soil and groundwater. <br /> d. Calculation of the remaining residual TPH mass in soil and groundwater <br /> based on the confirmation sampling results. <br /> e. Estimated mass removal from all remedial actions. <br /> 2. In support of preparing the estimate of mass remaining in groundwater, all <br /> proposed confirmation borings need to have groundwater sampled and checked <br /> far NAPL and/or concentrations of TPH in groundwater. <br /> Central Valley Water Board Conclusion <br /> Staff of the CVRWQCB concur with the Work Plan on the condition that all borings are <br /> sampled for groundwater and residual NAPL is measured, if present. Please proceed to <br /> implement the Work Plan. Ones staff receive the confirmation sampling report of results <br /> and information requested! in the commend station, Staff will prepare a closure memo to <br /> be posted for the 30-day public comment period. Any comments submitted during the <br /> comment period must be addressed, after which a conditional closure letter will be <br /> provided by the CV VVQCB. The conditional closure lager will request a well destruction <br /> work plan and wall destruction complegon report to confirm destruction of pmjeat walls <br /> in accordance with local and county oversight Following submittal of the well <br /> destructors completion report, staff will prepare the no further action (NFA) letter. The <br /> following table provides an estimated timeline to complete the closure process. <br /> Table 1.
