(AD]) has prepared this Well Dmdrucb'on Work Plan (Work Plan) for <br /> the destruction of three (3) groundwater nwnitorirg wells (WA, W-], and W-8) at 500 <br /> East Louise Avenue, Lathrop, California (site). The groundwater monitoring wells are <br /> single-completed to total depths of 20 feet below surface grace with 24r ch diameter well <br /> sings in an 8-inch diameter borehole. The site and the surmounting area are illustrated <br /> casings <br /> Figure 1. Structures, soil borings and well locations are illustrated in Figure 2. Historical <br /> groundwater elevations and well screenre intervals a summarized in Table 1 and <br /> groundwater analytical data is summarized in Table 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This Work Plan was developed in preparation for site development activities and the <br /> planned termination of the Waste Discharge Requirement (WDR) permit. Wells W3, W-1, <br /> and Wb are located in the proposed development area at 500 East Louise Avenue, <br /> Lathrop, and need to he properly destroyed prior to the start of development activities <br /> scheduled for 30 March 2020.
