The investigation will be performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional
Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) conditional work plan approval letter dated
13 November 2019 (Appendix A).
Additionally, at the request of the CVRVJQCB, groundwater samples will be collected from
well W4 and analysed for the full list of chemicals outlined in MR Order No. R5-2015-
0062 dated 24 May 2001 , and Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) 05-01 0114,
dated 29 April 2015. Four areas were initially designated for
discharge. However, three active areas were previously utilized and currently only two
locations accept stormwater and treated wastewater. The four areas of discharge were
designated:
• Site A: 42 acres of now developed area no longer used; Site A was removed from
the MR permit in 2018,
• Site B: 13.5 acres not used for application of water; background samples were
collected from Site B during the September 2017 investigation.
• Site C: 8.5 acres used for land application.
• Lawn Areas: 11 .4 acres used for land application.
Currently, wells W-4 and W-7 are located in Site C, and wells Wa and W-6 are located
in the main Lawn Area (Figure 2). The wells are sampled quarterly as part of the MR.
Additional backgrounM information forthe site was included in the: Soil Investigation Work
Plan dated 10 July 2017; Soil Investigation Report dated 15 November 2017; and
Quarterly Groundwater Monilonng Report— Fourth Quarter201g dated 24 January 2020.
The fist quarter groundwater monitoring event was performed on 05 February 2020, a
report will be submitted before the end of the first quarter 2020.
The site is planned to be developed and connected to the local sanitary sewer utility. AGI
has developed this Work Plan to be prepared for site development activities and
expediate fire well destruction schedule for the wells located in the development area
(W<, W-], and W-8). The wells will be destroyed by ever drilling methods and in
accordance with San Joaquin County Well Standards.
