At a minimum the report will include: (1) project background <br /> information, (2) a description of the fieldwork conducted at the Site, (3)the laboratory results (including <br /> a tabular summary and the laboratory analytical reports), (4) a scaled site plan and groundwater contour <br /> map, (5) drilling logs, (6) conclusions, and (7) recommendations. The report will also include a geologic <br /> log and an as-built construction diagram for each monitoring well. Information provided will include the <br /> calculated and actual volumes of the filter pack and annular seal materials used in each well installation <br /> and the surveyed reference point elevation for each well, surveyors notes and other elements listed in <br /> Attachment C of the WDR.. <br /> 6.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Fieldwork will be initiated within approximately 30 days after approval of this work plan by the Regional <br /> Board, subject to the availability of the drilling contractor. Consequently, approval of this work plan by <br /> June 10, 2005 will allow for installation by July 17, 2005. .The field activities and laboratory testing <br /> described can be completed and a Monitoring Well Installation Report of Results prepared and submitted <br /> to the Regional Board within 30 days of receiving laboratory results. <br /> 1 <br /> �.� CONDOR <br />
