(7-Eleven) to destroy all groundwater monitoring and remediation wells associated
with the environmental activities at 7-Eleven Store #20632, located at 4627 DaVinci Drive, in
Stockton, California (Figures 1 and 2). This work plan-was prepared as requested by the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD).
The current property owner of the site, Mr. Howard Sweet, was notified of the pending case
closure in a letter dated May 28, 2013.
