Stantec <br /> June 19,2013 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Well Destruction — Groundwater monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4R, MW-5, MW-6, <br /> and MW-7, and dual-nested remediation wells SPV-1 and SPV-2, will be destroyed by <br /> completely overdrilling each well with hollow stem augers, removing the PVC casings and well <br /> materials, and backfilling from total depth with neat cement grout to the surface.
