Street, Stockton, California, 95206 (the <br /> "Facility'): <br /> Question 1: Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material; (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan familiarization). <br /> Question 1 Response: Module 17315—"Site Emergency Response Plan Training" is given to all <br /> leadership (Managers, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), etc.), so that they will know what to do in <br /> the event of an emergency.This training is taught by the site EHS team.This training includes <br /> familiarization with the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and what to do in the event of a release of large <br /> amounts of hazardous materials. The site's EHS team also keeps a contingency plan along with <br /> emergency contact information for local/site authorities. <br /> In the EAP under section 2.3—"Emergency Hazardous Material/Chemical Spill: Before, During, <br /> and After Incident Management Team Responsibilities" lists steps for the incident command <br /> team to complete in the event of an emergency spill. <br /> Question 2: Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel <br /> and to the unified program agency; (spill reporting). <br /> Question 2 Response: In section 2.3 of SMF3's EAP, it lists instructions on which emergency response <br /> agency to contact: <br /> If the spill is deemed too large or too hazardous to be handled by on-site Facilities Personnel,the <br /> Emergency Response Coordinator/Incident Commander will coordinate with the following third party <br /> agencies for clean-up: <br /> • US Ecology Emergency Response Number: 800-839-3975 <br /> • Stericycle (PSC) Emergency Response Number: 877-577-2669 <br />
