The three groundwater samples will be analyzed for Nitrates, <br /> Ammonia Nitrogen, TK Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Total Dissolved Solids, Electrical Conductivity, <br /> pH, General Minerals (including calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonate, <br /> carbonate, sulfate, and chloride),Total Coliform, Iron, and Manganese. <br /> 3. Report Preparation: Includes a summary of all sampling procedures, interpretation of laboratory <br /> results, a sample location map, conclusions,and recommendations. <br /> SAFE'T'Y PLAN <br /> No contamination is known or suspected at this facility. In the event of accidents or injuries, the <br /> nearest hospital is Lodi Memorial Hospital, located approximately 5.45 miles from the site at 800 <br /> South Lower Sacramento Road. See the attached map for directions. Personal protection equipment <br /> to be worn while working on and around the drill rig includes a hard hat, gloves;ear plugs,and work <br /> boots. A first aid kit will be located in the cab of the drill rig. The on-site safety officer will be Amy <br /> Lee. A cell phone will be on-site for emergency use. <br /> Our field investigation is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, March 23.
