11/13/2003 09:04 94972318 FRE4 ENVIRONMENTAL PAGE 05/1 <br /> 4 <br /> Laboratory Analysis <br /> The soil samples colleted from the bottom of each excavation (total of three samples) will be <br /> analyzed for TPH-d and TPH-g in general accordance with EPA Method No.8015M. The three soil <br /> samples will also be analyzed for BTEX and fuel oxygenates in accordance with EPA Method No. <br /> 8260B. <br /> Soil samples collected from the excavation sidewalls will be archived. Sidewall samples will be <br /> analyzed if significant staining is visible in the excavation sidewall or if analyzed soil samples <br /> contain concentrations of analytes not previously detected on September 18, 2003. <br /> Chain-of-custody protocol will be used to document sample collection, handling and analysis. <br /> Samples will be analyzed by a State of California certified hazardous waste testing laboratory. <br /> Soil Disposal <br /> Excavated and stockpiled soils will be manifested, transported and disposed of at American <br /> Remedial Technologies in Lynwood, California. <br /> DATA EVALUATION AND REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of laboratory analytical data, a report will be <br /> prepared documenting excavation activities conducted at the Site.
