GeofogicafTechnics Inco <br /> 2741 Rover Road <br /> Modesto,California 95351 <br /> (209)538 6424/FaX#538-5852 <br /> REPORT <br /> Groundwater Monitoring <br /> FaIR Quarter t998 <br /> George's Seirwee <br /> 1600 Durham Ferry Road <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Project No 425 2 <br /> February 9, 1999 <br /> lie EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This report summarizes the Fall Quarter 1998 round of groundwater monitoring and testing <br /> that took place on November 13, 1998 <br /> Groundwater gradient and bearing were calculated for the water table wells and found to be <br /> 0 0017 ft/ft at N390E A gradient and bearing for the intermediate depth wells was 0 0018 <br /> ft/ft at N600E <br /> The test results show that relatively elevated concentrations of the aromatic hydrocarbon <br /> compounds (BTEX) and gasoline range petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH-G) are present in 5 of <br /> the 12 monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2, MW-4, MW-5 and MW-202) None of the <br /> oxygenated fuel compounds were found to be present in the monitoring wells <br /> Three domestic water wells in the immediate area of the tanks were tested and found not to <br /> contain gasoline at this time <br /> It is concluded that <br /> 0 Shallow groundwater gradient is consistent towards the North, with slight variation to the <br /> NW and NE <br /> o Vertical groundwater gradient does exist at approximately the same slope as the <br /> horizontal gradient <br />
