Page 4 <br /> Groundwater Momtonng Report <br /> Project No 425 2 <br /> August 6,2004 <br /> A chain of custody document, listing all samples collected and their intended analyses, <br /> accompanied the samples from field to the laboratory, thereby providing a means to track the <br /> ' movement and insure the integrity of the samples <br /> 1.3 Interim Site Work <br /> ' On March 1, 2004, Del-Techp ersonnel removed 7 28 tons of soil from the site under <br /> ' Manifest#45683 (Appendix D) <br /> On June 22, 2004 GTI personnel arrived on-site and performed the following wellhead <br /> maintenance <br /> • MW-2—Replaced corroded and damaged lock and cap <br /> MW-4—Replaced damaged cap <br /> 0 MW-5 —Noted stripped threads on well box <br /> • MW-6—Replaced missing well box bolt <br /> • MW-105 ---Replaced corroded lock <br /> + MW-106—Replaced missing well box bolt <br /> ' • MW-107--Replaced corroded lock <br /> 1.4 Laboratory Analyses <br /> The groundwater samples collected on April 27, 2004 were delivered to Sherwood Labs <br /> Corporation (ELAP# 1400), of Hilmar, California, for analysis <br /> ' The samples were analyzed using the following methods <br /> ' • BTEX—EPA method 8020/8015(m) <br /> • TPH-Gasoline—EPA method 8020/8015(m) <br /> • MTBE—EPA method 8020/8015(m) <br /> • Positive results confirmed by EPA method 8260 <br /> ' The lab results for the above analysis are summarized in Table 3 of Appendix A, and the <br /> laboratory data are presented in Appendix B <br /> ' As required under AB2886, the laboratory data were submitted electronically to GeoTracker <br /> on August 03, 2004 - confirmation numbers 5782909214, and 9245716691 <br /> ' 2.0 RESULTS OF INVESTIGATIONS <br /> ' Table 3 (Appendix A) shows the summary of the analytical groundwater data Groundwater <br /> analytical results and field observations are discussed below <br />
