San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.slaov.org/ehd <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> PRIMA FRUTTA PACKING 16461 E COMSTOCK RD, LINDEN July 02, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> The following chemicals found at this facility during the inspection and have not been reported to CERS: Eight(8) <br /> Lead Acid-Batteries with unknown amount of sulfuric acid found in the Battery charging area. 1,420 cubic feet <br /> compress Oxygen, 618 cubic feet of Acetylene, and 1,751 cubic feet of Carbon Dioxide found inside the <br /> maintenance shop. 110 gallons of Penreco Oil, and 55 gallons of Citrusol V found on the north side of the Vacuum <br /> Chamber. 110 gallons of Refrigeration Oil found inside the Ammonia Mechanical Room. 1,050 gallons of Diesel <br /> and 375 lbs of Chloropicrin outside the Ag Storage Shed. 55 gallons of Preacetic Acid, and 330 gallons of Waste <br /> Oil inside the Ag Storage Shed.220 gallons of Isopropanol/Alcohol Mixture, 110 gallons of Perafoam, 55 gallons of <br /> Green 1,495 gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite, 660 gallons of Shield Brite, 660 gallons of Shield DPA 15%, 165 <br /> gallons of Prima Fresh 3000, 220 gallons of Pac-Rite, Unknown amount of Accu Tab(Two Pallets-5 gallons each <br /> bucket), 660 gallons of Opti-Cal, and 220 gallons of Foamcide inside the Apple Shed. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed with all required elements. The site map did not contain or address the locations of <br /> the loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA".
