To install monitoring wells(MWs)and continue the groundwater investigation (on-site and off-site). <br /> Four proposed MWs are approved at this time. The four MWs are approved and will be positioned <br /> down-gradient of the former USTs and screened in water bearing sandy intervals in areas where 1,2 <br /> DCA impact has previously been identified using CPT sampling:three of the MWs will be set at <br /> approximately 75 feet BGS and one MW will be set at approximately 95 feet BGS. <br /> 2. After MW installation,they will developed and surveyed. <br /> 3. Water samples will be collected quarterly and analyzed for TPH•-G, BTEX, and fuel additives(MTBE, <br /> TBA, 1,2-DCA, EDB, TAME, ETBE, DIPE)by EPA methods 8015 modified and 8260B. <br /> 4. A report, including comments and recommendations, must be prepared and submitted for EHD and <br /> CVRWQCB review and comment. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A well permit application and fees must to submitted to EHD. Upon approval,the work must be <br /> completed by December 1,2007, <br /> 2. A report of findings must be submitted to EHD and CVRWQCB within 90 days of sampling. <br /> 3. All additional information must be uploaded to SWRCB GeoTracker data base. <br /> 5. EHD recommends Cleanup Fund preapproval for cost associated with all approved work. Any work not <br /> approved by EHD may not be subject to reimbursement by the Cleanup Fund. <br /> 6. If groundwater contamination is discovered and additional work is warranted, an addendum to the WP <br /> must be submitted to EHD for review and approval.
