r <br /> SHP53 Stockton Cleanup Journal <br /> 103!North E Street <br /> 08-03-88 Triangle installed one new 12K gasoline tank, C-14 and one 1 K waste oil tank, WO-4. <br /> 08-11-88 Triangle removed one 10K gal. gasoline tank, C-12. There was minor contamination <br /> around tank fill. LBME applied for permits to continue investigation of contamination. <br /> 08-23-88 LBME submitted proposal to San Joaquin Health Dept.to overexcavate contamination and <br /> backfill hole left by removal of C-12. <br /> 09-29-88 Contaminated soil around 1 OK gal. gasoline tank, C-12 was overexcavated for aeration. <br /> 09-30-88 LBME sampled soil in excavated pit where C-12 was removed. <br /> 10-05-88 LBME sent lab results to San Joaquin Health Dept. for bottom of tank hole where C-12 <br /> was removed. All samples were clean. <br /> 10-31-88 Baylor's spent 8 hours this month discing soil for aeration. <br /> 11-30-88 Baylor's spent 4 hours this month discing soil for aeration. <br /> 12-31-88 Baylor's spent 3 hours this month discing soil for aeration. <br /> 03-24-89 Baylor's spent 2 hours this month discing soil for aeration. <br /> 04-19-89 LBME sampled soil from excavation on 9-29-88. <br /> . 05-21-89 Elder Engineering sent fab test results to San Joaquin Health Dept.for soil overexcavated <br /> on 9-29-88. Soil was remediated and tested clean at 1.4 ppm on 4-19-88. <br /> 02-09-90 Permits requested on 8-11-88 have still not been issued. During this 18 month period, <br /> the ground water dropped from 35'to 32'. Since MW 3, 4, 5 were only 55'they were now <br /> useless. Requested permission to install WW 9, 10 and 11. <br /> 03-20-90 LBME installed three monitoring wells (MW 9, 10, 11). Installation was completed on <br /> 3-23-90. MW 9, 10 are 20 wells and MW 11 is a 411 well. <br /> 03-30-90 TP H, tolulene and xylene in MW 9, 10, 11 are below action level. MW 11 showed 1 ppb <br /> of benzene. <br /> 04-24-90 LBME sampled MW 9, 10, 11. MW 11 showed benzene as non-detect. <br /> 03-18-91 Elder Engineering sampled MW 9, 10, 11. <br /> 06-10-91 Eider Engineering sampled MW 9, 10, 11. <br /> 10-15-91 Al Mercer and George Takemori met with Steve Schneider and Margaret Lagorio from San <br /> Joaquin Public Health Services to discuss letters dated 10-10-90, 9-13-91 and 9-26-91. <br />
