On December 30, 1994, Spectrum Exploration Services <br /> returned to the site to drill out boring MW-13 using 10-inch diameter hollow stern augers. <br /> Well MW-13 was re-constructed as a 4-inch diameter vapor extraction well with 30 feet <br /> of 0.02-inch diameter PVC well screen, extending from approximately 35 to 65 feet bgs. <br /> A representative from Anderson Consulting Group was onsite to oversee the drilling and <br /> well construction activities. The reconstruction of well MW-13 was documented in a <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Report submitted by Anderson Consulting Group on January 12, <br /> 1995. A well construction diagram illustrating the construction details of vapor <br /> extraction well MW-13 is provided in Appendix B. The depth and screen interval of well <br /> MW-13 are shown on the revised geologic cross section (Figure 2). <br /> We hope that the information provided is sufficient for further consideration of closure <br /> for this site.
