PHS-EHD will allow the frequency modification but
advises that sites that have submitted closure requests with only annual sampling
events have experienced difficulty when reviewed by the Technical Review Committee
and the Regional Water Board. It is highly recommended that prior to the submittal of a
closure report, you resume quarterly sampling for at least the two quarters just before
the report is to be reviewed.
Please direct your reports, comments, or submittals to Michael Infurna, Senior REHS,
or you may call him at (209) 468-3454.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
z 5-- -
Michael Infuma Jr., Senior REHS Margaret Lagorio, REHS
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Supervisor
Ml/
c: Ms. Ginger Baker- 1431 Atteberry Ln., San Jose
c: Joseph Mel) - 333 W.
