(Ground <br /> Zero) to the City of Tracy Public Works Department to discharge approximately 400 gallons of <br /> purged groundwater that is currently stored on site. A sample collected from the poly tank <br /> which stores the water indicated that no gasoline constituents are present above laboratory <br /> detection limits. <br /> Ground Zero was granted verbal authorization to discharge the stored water by Mr. Bob Sagaser <br /> of the Tracy Public Works Department in a telephone conversation on July 11, 1996. Mr. <br /> Sagaser stated that written authorization from his office will not be provided. <br /> Ground Zero will discharge the stored groundwater to the sanitary sewer system during the week <br /> of July 15, 1996.
