Attending the meeting were Ron and <br /> Edward Pestana, representing the trust, Margaret Lagorio, Nuel Henderson, and Michael Infurna <br /> representing the EHD, and John Lane from Ground Zero Analyses, Inc. The following comments <br /> detail the agreement reached. <br /> In order to continue the required subsutface investigation to define the extents of the release from the <br /> former underground storage tanks (UST), a work plan will be submitted to the EHD for the installation <br /> of the following: <br /> • Five(5)soil borings in the sidewalk area just north of the former UST site. <br /> • One soil boring in the center of Grant Line Road, north of the site. <br /> • One monitoring well on the north side of Grant Line Road. <br /> • One monitoring well in the former waste oil UST area. <br /> • One soil boring west of MW-2 in the City right of way. <br /> • One soil boring east of the former UST area in the shopping center parking lot. <br /> The work plan is to detail soil and ground water sample collection and analyses and total depths for <br /> each boring/well. The work plan will also include a discussion of the status and details of any active or <br /> inactive petroleum pipelines in Grantline Road. It was agreed that the work plan would be submitted to <br /> the EHD by January 31,2007 and the report of findings for this work would be submitted to the EHD in <br /> the format of a site conceptual model within 60 days from the completion of the field work. <br /> The EHD thanks you for your cooperation and will expedite review and comment on the work plan after <br /> it is submitted.
