0 <br /> sH <br /> WORK IN PROGRESS <br /> In accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHSIEHD) correspondence dated March 10, 1995 and a follow up telephone conversation between <br /> PHSIEHD and Smith Environmental staff, the following site work is anticipated <br /> 1) Install and sample a replacement well for MW4 during the second quarter of 1995 This <br /> well would be sampled on a quarterly basis Existing well MW4 will continue to be utilized <br /> as a groundwater elevation monitoring point and will eventually be destroyed at the close of <br /> the groundwater monitoring program The replacement well will be installed, developed <br /> and sampled in accordance with the field procedures outlined in Attachment 1 The well <br /> will be located approximately two to three feet west of existing well MW4 to protect the <br /> replacement well against vehicle traffic (Figure 3) Your written concurrence on the <br /> location of the replacement well is requested <br /> 2) Purge and sample well MW6 on a semi-annual basis beginning in the second quarter of <br /> 1995 <br /> 3) Purge and sample wells MW1, MW2, MW3, and MW5 on an annual basis The next <br /> scheduled sampling event for these wells is December 1995 <br />.
