The scope of the soils and groundwater investigation.is based on the <br /> results of SECOR's Phase I Environmental Assessment(ESA)performed between July and September 1995. <br /> The,site investigation will focus-on the following areas of concern identified during the Phase I ESA: <br /> CTntrPnid Marine/Holiday_Harhnr <br /> f <br /> IJ rye?
