Concrete Batch Plant No. 5 is considered a regulated facility because <br /> the Facility has an aboveground oil storage capacity greater than 1,320 gallons. <br /> This SPCC Plan addresses the Facility's design, operation and maintenance procedures <br /> established to prevent spills from occurring, as well as countermeasures to control, contain, <br /> clean-up and mitigate the effects of an oil spill that could affect navigable waters. <br /> 4.3 Location of SPCC Plan Copies <br /> Ref:40 CFR 112.3(e) <br /> Copies of this SPCC Plan will be maintained in the Administrative Office at the Facility. <br /> 4.4 Index to Regulation Sections in SPCC Plan <br /> Ref:40 CFR 112.7 <br /> This SPCCC Plan is a detailed description of how Facility operations comply with the <br /> prevention guidelines in the Oil Pollution Prevention regulations.
