ORDERNO. 5-00-119 • • 10 <br /> GENERAL ORDER FOR DISCHARGE OF <br /> GROUNDWATER FROM CLEANUP OF <br /> PETROLEUM FUEL POLLUTION <br /> TO SURFACE WATERS . <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with all applicable Standard Provisions (NPDES),dated <br /> 1 March 1991, contained in Attachment C of thus Order. . <br /> 6. Neither the discharge,nor the operation or servicing of treatment facilities,nor other <br /> conditions associated with the activities covered under this General Order shall create a <br /> nuisance. <br /> 7. The Discharger may be required to submit technical reports as directed by the Executive <br /> Officer. <br /> 8. Prior to making significant change in the.discharge point,place of use, or purpose of use of the <br /> wastewater,the Discharger shall obtain approval of or clearance from.the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board(Division of Water Rights), <br /> 9, In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste discharge facilities <br /> presently owned or controlled by the Discharger,the Discharger shall notify the succeeding <br /> owner or operator of the existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be <br /> immediately forwarded to this office. <br /> 10. The Discharger shall notify the Board when the clean-up activities.covered by these <br /> requirements are complete, so that the Notice of Applicability may be withdrawn and the <br /> Discharger will no longer be covered by this Order or be responsible for payment of annual fees. <br /> 11. This Order expires on i June 2005. Upon reissuance of-the General Order by the Board,the <br /> Dischargers seeking coverage under the new General Order shall file a revised Notice of <br /> Intent. <br /> I, GARY M.
