Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons in the Gasoline and Diesel ranges (Method <br /> 8015/5030). Additional or alternative TPH analyses maybe required if the suspected <br /> pollutants contain hydrocarbon fractions outside the range of these tests. <br /> d. Lead, soluble lead or tetraethyl lead(EPA Method 1.639/200.9 or equivalent) <br /> e. Chlorinated pesticides(EPA Method 608 or 8080) <br /> f. General mineral analysis;including electrical conductivity,total dissolved solids, <br /> chloride,sulfate,nitrate and pH. <br /> B. Site hydrogeology <br /> 1. Depth to ground water,including seasonal variations, if Down. <br /> 2, Direction and gradient of groundwater flow;if Down. <br /> 3. Vertical and lateral extent of pollution,if Imown, including details on the location, <br /> construction, and analytical results from ground water monitoring wells used to define the <br /> plume. (Note:Full definition of the plume isnot a necessary condition for compliance with <br /> this Order.) <br /> 4. A statement on-the potential impact of the wastewater discharge on the containment and <br /> rate of movement of the ground water plume. <br /> 5. Effects of the extraction system on the ground water gradient and the plume. <br /> 6. An estimate of the anticipated length the time extraction willbe needed. <br /> c. Receiving Water <br /> 1. Description of the receiving waters including general flow.conditions,beneficial uses, <br /> aquatic resources,and downstream waterUsers. <br /> 2. Demonstration of compliance with Section E. of the permit,Receiving Water Limitations. <br /> 3. If proposed discharge is to a publicly owned or operated storm water collection or conveyance <br /> system the applicant must comply with D 2 below. <br />
