Ground Water Sample Collection and Analysis <br /> Ground water monitoring and sampling of each newly installed ground water monitoring well will <br /> be conducted on a quarterly basis unless an alternate schedule or suspension of monitoring is <br /> approved by the CVRWQCB. Ground water monitoring activities will include recording depth to <br /> ground water measurements and collection ofground water samples.Ground water sample collection <br /> procedures are described in Section 5.7. <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California DHS-certified laboratory for the <br /> following constituents: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) by EPA Method 8015 <br /> Modified; and <br /> • Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX) fuel additives including methyl <br /> tertiary butyl ether(MTBE),tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA), di-isopropyl ether(RIPE), ethyl <br /> tertiary-butyl ether(ETBE),tertiary-amyl methyl ether(TAME)ethylene dibromide(EDB) <br /> and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA),methanol and ethanol by EPA Method 8260B. <br /> 3.5. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and results ofthe sampling and analysis.Conclusions,applicable recommendations,maps <br /> and cross-sections will be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to the <br /> EHD and the CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California Registered Geologist. <br /> 4.0 PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES <br /> The work outlined in this work plan can be initiated upon receipt of approval by the CVRWQCB, <br /> AGE proposes the following estimated schedule for completion of the work: <br /> • Planning and Permitting: 3 - 5 weeks <br /> • Soil Borings: 2 - 3 days <br /> Advanced Geo Environmental,Inc <br />
