^ All project field activities will be conducted in accordance with a <br /> site specific Health and Safety Plan. This plan will be developed as <br /> part of the preliminary engineering task as detailed below. <br /> r 7.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The project scope is divided into five major task areas: (1) <br /> preliminary engineering, (2) detailed engineering, (3) permit <br /> acquisition, (4) system installation, and (5) system operation. <br /> r <br /> w Preliminary engineering includes the development of the design basis, <br /> determination of regulatory constraints, preparation of the project <br /> r� description, development of the site Health and Safety plan and the <br /> ., process flow diagrams. This task is estimated to require two weeks. <br /> Detailed engineering includes the selection of major equipment, <br /> development of piping, electrical and instrumentation diagrams, <br /> �- compound layout, emergency action plan requirements, and construction <br /> details. Major equipment procurement and the development of the <br /> ,.� installation contract will be carried out as part of this task, which <br /> �... <br /> is estimated to require approximately 5 weeks. <br /> Construction permit applications will be submitted to the City of <br /> h f" Stockton and the Air Pollution Control Distract. It is. anticipated <br /> that it will take approximately 10 to 14 weeks for submittal and <br /> approval of the permits. Permits are expected to be obtained <br /> - i <br /> approximately 6 to 10 weeks after the completion of detailed engi- <br /> neering. <br /> The system installation includes the preparation of the site, <br /> construction of the treatment compound, installation of major <br /> .. equipment, electrical components cnd control sy3tem, and performance <br /> of the source test. 14stallation is expected to take approximately <br /> -4 -weeks-from the-issuance-of the Authority to Construct permit. <br /> - — -- <br /> System operation will begin, after tite source test is completed. <br /> i <br /> operation will include a monitoring and sampling program to assess <br /> Weber Polat'Property -'/75 <br /> . - RLPOS9LTLP - <br />
