^ All project field activities will be conducted in accordance with a
site specific Health and Safety Plan. This plan will be developed as
part of the preliminary engineering task as detailed below.
r 7.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE
The project scope is divided into five major task areas: (1)
preliminary engineering, (2) detailed engineering, (3) permit
acquisition, (4) system installation, and (5) system operation.
r
w Preliminary engineering includes the development of the design basis,
determination of regulatory constraints, preparation of the project
r description, development of the site Health and Safety plan and the
., process flow diagrams. This task is estimated to require two weeks.
Detailed engineering includes the selection of major equipment,
development of piping, electrical and instrumentation diagrams,
- compound layout, emergency action plan requirements, and construction
details. Major equipment procurement and the development of the
,. installation contract will be carried out as part of this task, which
...
is estimated to require approximately 5 weeks.
Construction permit applications will be submitted to the City of
h f" Stockton and the Air Pollution Control Distract. It is. anticipated
that it will take approximately 10 to 14 weeks for submittal and
approval of the permits. Permits are expected to be obtained
- i
approximately 6 to 10 weeks after the completion of detailed engi-
neering.
The system installation includes the preparation of the site,
construction of the treatment compound, installation of major
.. equipment, electrical components cnd control sy3tem, and performance
of the source test. 14stallation is expected to take approximately
-4 -weeks-from the-issuance-of the Authority to Construct permit.
- — --
System operation will begin, after tite source test is completed.
i
operation will include a monitoring and sampling program to assess
Weber Polat'Property -'/75
. - RLPOS9LTLP -
