Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
RE: C. M. Weber Enterprises, Inc.property, 141 North El Dorado Street, Stockton,
California.
Dear Mr. Schneider:
This letter details RESNA Industries First Quarter 1992 activities performed at the above
referenced site (Figure 1).
1
 1
Groundwater monitoring and sampling was conducted on February 13, 1992 by RESNA E
i personnel. Water level measurements were collected from each monitoring well using a Solinst
Water Level Meter(Model 101). Groundwater monitoring of wells MWl, MW2,MW3,MW4,
and MW5 showed an increase in the groundwater table elevation since last monitoring in August j
1991, averaging 0.52 foa (Attachment 1). Table 1 summarizes groundwater elevation
information. A groundwater gradient map was created using the February 13, 1992 data. The
_t
groundwater gradient is approximately 0.011 feet/feet or 58 feeftile in a"noriheast direr#on
(Figure 2).
Prior to sampling, 3 to 5 well volumes of water were p.trged from each well. Groundwater F
samples were collected from five wells after stabilization of pH,electrical conductivity(EC)and
temperature. The samples were collected using a dedicated, disposable bailer. The samples
were sent to state-certified RESNA Environmental Laboratories in Fremont, California. All
samples were analyzed for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX) using EPA
Method 8020/602 and total petroleum, hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) using modified EPA
` Method 8015.
Ji
T - — - -
QR43202MAD
s
7.
i.
a
