REVOCABLE PERMIT Ground Water Monitoring well Permit No. : 95-11 Date : September 7 , 1995 Location: 222 --N. EL DORADO STR EET Permittee : AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK 17877 VON KARMEN IRVINE CA 92713 In accordance with Ordinance 085-87 , passed by the Council of the, City of Stockton on October 26, 1987 , • a permit revocable at the pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is ' hereby granted to: AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK to install and maintain one (1) monitoring well at' 222 N . El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA. This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions : 1 . This revocable permit is granted' subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No . 22 , 578 on December 5 , 1960 , and on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton. 2 . The general location of each well shall be as shown on the map attached. The precise location shall be determined in the ' field by the City of Stockton. 3 . The Permittee has posted security of $500 . 00 with the City of ' Stockton which will remain in effect during the life of this permit . ' 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits , " the permittee shall provide and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of public liability insurance against liability for injuries to ' persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by the Risk Manager.
