El Dorado <br /> Street, Stockton, CA. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions : <br /> 1 . This revocable permit is granted' subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this <br /> City Council by Resolution No . 22 , 578 on December 5 , 1960 , and <br /> on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2 . The general location of each well shall be as shown on the map <br /> attached. The precise location shall be determined in the <br />' field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The Permittee has posted security of $500 . 00 with the City of <br />' Stockton which will remain in effect during the life of this <br /> permit . <br /> ' 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions <br /> Applicable to Revocable Permits , " the permittee shall provide <br /> and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of <br /> public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> ' persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to <br /> the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by <br /> the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall <br /> contain a contractual liability endorsement covering the <br /> liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit <br /> ' and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be <br /> canceled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing to be <br />
