The provisions of the State of California, Department of Water Resources Bulletin 74--81. entitled "Water Well Standards : State of California" shall be applicable to this permit . r 9 . All drilling locations, methods , and well designs are to be approved by the California Department of Health Services and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. 1.0 . Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be confined between the hours of 7 a .m. and 5 p .m. 11 . Portable mud tanks are to be used. ' 12 . Disposal of water from the well development shall be in accordance with current federal regulations . t 13 . Blocking or barricading City streets shall be subject to the approval of the City Traffic Department . Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic . 14 . Upon completion of water monitoring, the well shall be abandoned in accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health District .
