I am over 18 years of age. I am a Senior Registered <br /> 20 Environmental Health Specialist for the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> 21 As part of my job, I oversee sites within San Joaquin County that have contamination. My <br /> 22 oversight ' responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the investigation, <br /> 23 characterization and clean-up of current and former gasoline stations that contained leaking <br /> 24 underground storage tanks. . <br /> 25 3) The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is the lead agency at 308 <br /> 26 El Dorado Street in Stockton and has overseen the investigating and monitoring of.the site since <br /> 27 May 28, 1996. EHD continues to oversee the monitoring of the site and evaluate.it for eventual <br /> 28 remediation.
