Report-Soil and Groundwater Investigation
T Gateway Project,City of Stockton
-- , - i. _ April 10,2000
Page-11-
4.2 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The results of the, soil and .groundwater investigation indicate the presence of a slight, shallow
groundwater impact at the'location of GPI, but not at the locations of GP2, GP4, and..GP5. Therefore,
T .-
1
the lateral extent ofigroundwater contamination is apparently very small. Because th6.lateral extent of
the "plume" appears to be'within GP2; GP4, and GP5 (a diameter of 40 feet) and the source of the
contamination has been removed, it is likely, that the "plume" is stable and attenuating via biological A
degradation. Condor recommends,--therefore, that'the site.be considered for,closure.,,.If there are any-
questions,please call us at(209)234-0518.
- Respectfully submitted, "
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
42
No. 6430
Donald F.
